  • What can I expect when I come in for a fitting?

    For your appointment, you will be greated and asked your reason for coming in. A professional fitter will lead you to a private fitting room. Your fitter will take a measurement or 2. She will as a few questions like, what are you looking for? What size did you purchase last? She will then pull styles and sizes that will fit your needs best. She will assit you in trying them on, teaching you proper techinques for wear, caring and putting on your new bra. In most cases, your favorites can be taken home that day. A normal fitting can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes. 


    For new customers, there is a $35 fee that is waived if you purchase the fee is waived. 

  • What if I just had a mastectomy?

  • What insurance companies do you accept? What would my coverage be?

  • What are your hours and where are you located?

    We are open Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-6pm. We are closed the last Saturday of every month. 

    (Closed Sunday and major holidays)

  • Do you carry compression garments?

    Yes, we carry a wide variety of compression sleeves, stockings, gloves and more. An appointment is recommended to be fitted for a compression garments by Juzo and Medi. 

  • Do I need an appointment?

    A appointment is highly recommended. We do take walk ins as our schedule allows. 

  • What is the best way to wash my bras?

    The logo for forever new laundry care since 1975 is a flower in a circle.

    Hand wash in a gentle lingerie wash. We recommend Forever New or Soak. Hang dry, no dryer. 

  • Is there a fee for a fitting fee?

    There is a $35 fitting fee for new customers. This fee is waived if a purchase is made at time of fitting. 


    If you are returning, there is no fitting fee. 


    Bridal:

    If you and your bridal party need undergarments, there is a $50 fitting fee, it can be waived if your purchase at time of fitting. 



  • What if I am not happy with my purchase?

    We will gladly exchange your purchase for another style or size within 7 business days of purchase. The tags must be attached, free of smells and stains.  


    Mastectomy customers:

    We will gladly exchange your purchase for another style or size within 14 business days of purchase. The tags must be attached, free of smells and stains.  


    Shapewear, panties, lingerie & swimwear are final sale. No return or exchange. No expections.
